Instructions
1. 1. Set the oven's temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. 2.A quarter-sheet pan should be lightly coated with cooking
spray. A quarter-sheet pan measures 12 by 10 inches.
3. 3. First, make the cake. Salt, sugar, and flour should all
be blended together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
4. 4. Butter should be melted in a small pan over low heat.
5. 5. Once the butter has melted, combine it with the boiling
water and cocoa powder.

and vanilla.
